Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients' teams, in an entry-level capacity. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in administration, with responsibilities focused on routine and standardized office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
• Assist in preparing standard reports, memos, and forms.
• Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow clearly defined processes and instructions with attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, work reliably, and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
