As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you it's not just a job, it's a career and you understand that for our residents it's not just an apartment, it's their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences. We would love to add someone to our team who has a fun and friendly personality and sales/leasing experience! PAY: $16-18 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible! SCHEDULE: Weekdays are 8-5 with rotating Saturday 8-2, every Sunday off
