✈️ Assistant General Manager – Delta One Lounge | Seattle Airport

We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager for the brand-new Delta One Lounge at Seattle Airport! This is a unique opportunity to lead in a luxury hospitality environment where excellence is the standard.

📍 Seattle, WA | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $90,000/year

💡 What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with experience in fine dining, sommelier training, and open availability. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and a premium guest experience.

✅ Qualifications:

• Fine dining experience is a must
• Sommelier training or experience required
• Open availability required (including weekends and holidays)
• 5–7 years of upscale food service experience, including multi-unit management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• ServSafe or DOH certification is a plus

🔑 K ey Responsibilities:

Lead and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced, upscale environment

• Oversee daily operations, food cost, purchasing, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Foster a culture of hospitality, training, and professional development
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and execution
• Maintain strong client and guest relationships
