Job Description

Qualified candidate will have an interest in family law and litigation. We represent clients from initial pleadings through appellate process. We are looking for an associate to join a busy firm with focus on all areas of family law and probate including drafting, litigation, settlement discussions, research and client interaction. We are rostered on the child protective, appellate, guardianship and adoption rosters. Applicant on any PDS roster or willingness to get rostered a plus. Desire or presence to be a guardian _ad litem _also a plus. Knowledge of related State and Federal statutes, Court Rules and Lexis research platform a plus. We work together in a comprehensive, learning environment but a desire to work independently with a full caseload is a requirement. Ability to pursue interests and explore areas of law of personal interest encouraged. Supportive continuing education is provided by firm. Salary commensurate with experience. We offer profit sharing and quarterly bonuses.

Base Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
