Must Have

• Strong business acumen with a track record of linking analytics to tangible business outcomes.
• Hands?on experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
• Strong problem?solving and critical thinking skills, including hypothesis?driven analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (AWS).
• Exposure to statistical analysis, A/B testing, or predictive modeling.
