Job Summary:

We seek a strategic CFO with Big 4 public accounting expertise to lead financial operations, drive value creation, and partner with private equity investors to scale a high-growth portfolio company. This role offers significant equity upside and focuses on optimizing financial strategy in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decisionmaking and investor relations.
• Lead financial modeling, capital allocation, and cash flow management to optimize working capital and fund growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on investments, ensuring alignment with financial goals and ROI targets.
• Manage compliance, risk, and audit processes, including SOX readiness and interactions with external auditors and private equity stakeholders.
• Drive M&A opportunities, including due diligence, integration, and postacquisition value enhancement.
• Implement ERP systems and financial controls to enhance efficiency across operations.
• Provide executive insights on pricing, margins, and market trends to inform boardlevel strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in finance/accounting, with 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance role at a PEbacked company; Big 4 public accounting background required.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Skills: Proven track record in financial strategy for highgrowth consumer brands.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel modeling.
• Strong leadership presence with experience managing teams and advising Csuite/executive boards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities in fastpaced environments.
