Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and oversee the marketing strategies across all sectors of Encore Enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-sector marketing, capable of driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and leading a diverse team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Encore's overall business objectives and diverse portfolio.
2. Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance brand equity and recognition across all sectors.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform marketing strategies.
4. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and business development.
7. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sectors.
3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in diverse industries, including real estate, hospitality, medical, dental, and restaurants.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

   • Conduct one-on-one meetings with marketing team members to assess current capabilities, ongoing projects, and areas for development.
   • Evaluate existing marketing processes, tools, and strategies to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
3. Market Analysis:
   • Review current market research and data to gain insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors in each sector.
   • Identify key market opportunities and challenges specific to Encore's diverse portfolio.
4. Strategic Planning:
   • Begin formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Encore's business objectives and leverages identified market opportunities.
   • Set clear, measurable goals for the marketing team, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.

   • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
