The Project Manager oversees all project quality, budget, scheduling, and safety needs. The Project Manager plays a critical role on the Production Team by forecasting and serving the dynamic, ever-changing needs of Production Teams across the country. The Project Manager must be an exceptional verbal and oral communicator who thrives in a quick-paced environment.

This position will work closely with the Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Production Teams, and Field Teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of production projects from beginning to end
• Assign labor and material resources accurately for all production projects
• Oversee and maintain adherence to project accounting, contract specifications, and budgetary guidelines
• Partner with the Sales Team, Operations Team and Foremen to ensure customer expectations, project milestones, and deadlines are met
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues at worksite
• Monitor labor and job cost to ensure all pricing, budgets, and proposals are current and accurate
• Coordinate with the Production Administrator on permitting needs
• Schedule punch lists for city and manufacturer inspections in a timely manner
• Work in tandem with the Superintendent and the Production Manager to maintain project safety, work schedule, material delivery, and communication with customers
• Order materials and ensure competitive pricing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Take initiative to seek out and propose ideas to drive continuous improvement of processes
• Promote effective and timely communication across the business by maintaining regular contact with the Superintendent, the Quality Control Manager, Foremen and the Operations Team
• Coordinate with the Production Team in bidding, scheduling, and managing RoofPartner projects
• Visiting jobsites

Requirements and Attributes

• Four years of commercial roofing experience required
• English fluency, Spanish a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work through high-pressure situations
• Ability to manage high volumes of email inquiries
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, etc.
• Availability during nights and weekends to handle urgent and pressing matters
• Ability to travel for 1 to 2 weeks as needed

Compensation

A Project Managers industry competitive salary $80,000-$100,000 per year varies depending on a candidate's experience.
