Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our structural and miscellaneous steel projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate with various stakeholders and lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple steel projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to schedules and plans
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the steel construction industry (Preferred) or General Contractor
• Strong knowledge of structural steel, miscellaneous steel, and stair fabrication
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
