As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, producing, recording video content, manage website and updates. This role is responsible for growing, shaping, and maintaining the company's digital presence and good reputation of the brand. Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences. Content Creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more. Edit and proofread content before publication. Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to ensure content relevance and competitiveness. Content Calendar: Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content publication across different channels. Content Distribution: Utilize various distribution channels including social media, email newsletters, and website to maximize content reach and engagement. Engagement Monitoring: Monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversions, and analyze data to refine strategies and improve results. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content produced adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide content support, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance content effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism Proven work experience as a Content Writer or similar role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience with social media management and advertising Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
