Store Asset Protection Associate Full Time

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to communicate across all levels of staff and management
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience
• Basic understanding of retail or security
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand/walk on the sales floor for 8 hours
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of Five Below policies and procedures
• General product knowledge in key departmental areas

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to shortage reduction and investigations
• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure policy adherence
• Maintain the employee entrance and track deliveries
• Conduct security checks and recommend loss prevention measures
• Perform store patrols and maintain store safety

Provide a visible, courteous presence at store entrances/exits, conduct safety inspections, and greet customers professionally.
