A-Line is seeking Call center Customer Service representatives for a Benefit Customer Service role in Pittsburgh, PA to work Remote or in office, As a Benefit Customer Service Representative you will have the rewarding opportunity to help our client members through the enrollment process, and when making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. We allow you the freedom to take the time necessary to provide the highest level of service. You will start out on one client, and with dedication to our clients, you will be cross trained to provide assistance on multiple clients. You will spend your day either on the phone, or providing assistance through web chat conversations and email. Pay DURING Training$16.50/hour | $17.25/hour for Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay AFTER Training: $18 | $18.75/hour for Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the Role:
As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll guide members through the healthcare and/or pension enrollment process and assist them in updating their benefit plans. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries via phone, web chat, and email. You will begin with one client and, with dedication, be cross-trained to support multiple clients.
We provide a supportive, professional work environment—whether you're working remotely from home or onsite in San Diego.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding members through enrollment and benefits inquiries.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and web chats with accurate information and empathetic communication.
Manage multiple systems and computer windows during live interactions.
Maintain strong attention to detail and follow all procedures and compliance guidelines.
Schedule:
Busy Season : 40 hours/week, with possible overtime.
Off Season : 30–40 hours/week based on client demand.
Shifts : Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM (standard business hours).
Requirements:
Must reside within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA.
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Typing speed of 30 WPM or more.
Clear, professional communication skills (verbal & written).
Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve member concerns quickly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
Ability to work independently in a structured, self-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality is essential.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
