Keyholder - Fashion & Designer Retail Store

Style Encore in Exton PA

Full-time or Part-time (25 plus hours per week)

Join a stylish and fast-paced retail team! We're looking for a reliable and experienced Keyholder to help lead daily operations in our fashion and designer resale store. If you have a passion for clothing, accessories, and luxury brands - and love providing excptional customer experience - this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, including cash handling
• Oversee daily operations and support sales staff
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
• Purchase clothing, handbags, and accessories directly from customers.
• Buying and Inventory Curation: a primary function is to buy high-quality used cloting, accessories and designer purses directly from customers.

What You'll Bring: The Requirements

• Retail Management Experience: proven experience in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
• Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, including weekends.
