Paralegal - Litigation | Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Houston. You would be joining the world's largest employment and labor law firm. This role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) and the opportunity to work alongside top legal professionals on complex and meaningful cases. This opportunity is full time and direct hire.

As a key member of our litigation team, you'll support attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing case materials and drafting chronologies, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Coordinating document production and deposition logistics
• Assisting with trial preparation, including exhibits, subpoenas, and courtroom technology
• Conducting factual investigations and summarizing records
• Managing litigation support databases and performing legal research
• Supporting post-trial and appellate processes
• Maintaining organized case files and ensuring compliance with firm standards

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years' of Paralegal experience, civil litigation required
• Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
