Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
