Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Case Manager

MedX Global Clinical Advisors is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Case Manager within our legal nurse consulting team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a clinically grounded LVN who excels at managing real-world care plans and navigating communication between law firms, providers, and patients.

You will be the frontline manager of care for injured clients, coordinating appointments, retrieving treatment documentation, and ensuring that care provided is appropriate, necessary, and legally defensible. This role combines medical knowledge with legal awareness to keep cases on track from referral to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of clients involved in litigation, ensuring only medically necessary and case-relevant treatment is scheduled
• Act as a liaison between clients, providers, and law firms
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities to retrieve records, notes, and documentation efficiently
• Keep referring firms updated with timely case notes, progress reports, and provider updates
• Maintain detailed case timelines and ensure alignment with legal strategies
• Provide medical chronologies and summaries when needed, without daily documentation duties
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards in all communications and records management

Requirements

• Current Texas LVN license (in good standing)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in rehab, home health, or case management
• Ability to manage multiple cases and communicate effectively with clinical and legal teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Acrobat, and electronic communication platforms
