Location: Vernon, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Pay: $27–$30 per hour (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

About the Role

Think of this as your launch pad to becoming absolutely indispensable. You’ll wear a lot of hats — part Office Manager, part Executive Assistant, part Sales Admin — and your superpower will be anticipating what needs to happen before anyone else says it out loud.

You’ll work side-by-side with our CEO and Chief of Staff, keeping them organized and unburdened so they can focus on big-picture growth.

You’ll also play a huge part in shaping our company culture — organizing team outings, helping new hires settle in, and making sure our workplace feels like the positive, supportive environment we’re proud to call home.

What You’ll Do

Office & Facilities Management

  • Keep our small-but-busy office humming: manage supplies, vendors, visitors, and day-to-day needs.
  • Support smooth onboarding for new team members.
  • Take charge of light facilities management — a little fix-it, a little “call the plumber,” all handled with calm confidence.

Executive Support

  • Help our CEO and Chief of Staff stay ahead of the game — scheduling, document prep, research, and other high-level tasks.
  • Tackle projects that free up leadership’s time for strategy and growth.
  • Spot ways to make processes more efficient — then make it happen.

Team Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate quarterly team events — from bowling nights to birthday surprises.
  • Keep the vibe upbeat and inclusive. You’ll be the go-to for keeping morale high.

Sales Admin

  • Support our inside sales team with basic lead-qualifying calls — no pitching, just friendly fact-finding.
  • Update spreadsheets and our CRM (Salesforce) to keep things clean and current.
  • Help our Chief of Staff with simple recruiting tasks or posting roles from time to time.
