A&M Industrial is a family owned leading local industrial distribution company looking for career-oriented individuals to fill critical positions their warehouse logistics staff. The growth of the company has created full time opportunities in their distribution center in Cranbury, NJ. New employees receive training and opportunities to grow as the company grows.

• Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements

• Ensures that orders are accurate

• Stages items correctly for auditing

• Assists with Inventory when needed

• Ensures warehouse goals are met

• Shrink wraps products to pallets

• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be Safety Conscious.

• Previous Warehouse Experience.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment with good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Possess experience or certification in handling forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment.

• Team Player and Self-Motivated.

• Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

• Posses good Hand-Eye Coordination.

• Ability to use ladders safely and effectively.

• Able to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of time.

• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English.

• Experience with RF a plus.

• Attendance and Punctuality a must.

• Available to work overtime, if required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
