SUMMARY:
The People & Culture Manager, Benefits is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization’s employee benefit programs, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company goals. This role will oversee all aspects of benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave administration.
While the primary emphasis is on benefits strategy and operations, this role also supports broader People and Culture initiatives and maintains an understanding of overall functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and payroll coordination.Responsibilities:
