Part-Time: 30 Hours/Week | $4000/Month

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a private household in Santa Monica. This role requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can manage daily personal and household tasks, handle errands, oversee pet care, and provide light administrative and technical assistance. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in creating an orderly, well-run home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day household operations

  • Coordinate and supervise home maintenance, repairs, and vendor appointments

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home (light housekeeping duties included)

  • Manage household deliveries, returns, and grocery shopping

  • Occasional meal prep, restocking, and errands

Pet Care (One Dog):

  • Daily feeding and care of dog

  • Take dog to and from boarding, grooming, and vet appointments as needed

  • Maintain the dog’s schedule and supplies

  • Walk dog and clean up after pet as required

Personal Assistance:

  • Handle local driving and transportation needs

  • Run personal errands (dry cleaning, pharmacy, pick-ups, etc.

  • Assist with schedule coordination and reminders

  • Provide companionship and casual conversation to create a positive, comfortable home environment

Light Technical & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with light computer tasks, such as printer troubleshooting, basic tech support, and minor setup needs

  • Conduct online research as requested (travel options, services, vendors, etc.)

  • Draft light written content (emails, notes, simple reports or summaries)

  • Organize and maintain basic digital files and records

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Must be comfortable around large dogs (80LB Samoyed) and have experience with pet care

  • Tech-savvy with basic computer troubleshooting skills

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Trustworthy, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Ability to take direction while working independently

Compensation:

  • $4000/month (Part-time: 30 hours/week)

  • Paid as a household employee
