Job Order: Picker / Packer - 1st & 2nd Shifts

Position Title: Picker / Packer
Department: Warehouse / Distribution
Location: Plainfield, IN.
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Lead
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: [e.g., 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 5:30am - 2:00PM Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:30am - 5:00PM Monday - Friday)
• 2nd Shift: [e.g., 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday to Friday] (Also available shifts: 2-2-3 schedule 6:00PM - 2:30AM Monday - Friday)
  (Weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking orders accurately and efficiently, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products according to order sheets.
• Pack items securely in boxes with appropriate labeling.
• Verify product quantities and quality before shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Report any inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks (if applicable).
• Assist in restocking shelves and general warehouse duties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to read and understand English instructions.
