Your efforts will directly impact the company’s growth by ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Ultimately, your work will contribute to building a diverse, skilled, and motivated workforce that drives organizational success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced staffing agency environment either currently or within the last 3 years.
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing full-cycle recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to staffing and recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and execute college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and job fairs to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct technical recruiting and contract recruitment to fill specialized and temporary staffing requirements.
  • Leverage internet recruiting tools and social media platforms to source passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with staffing agencies and vendors to support temporary and contract staffing needs.

Skills:

The required skills such as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and staffing services enable you to efficiently manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process. Your expertise in technical recruiting and contract recruitment allows you to identify and attract specialized talent to meet diverse organizational needs. College recruiting and participation in recruiting events help you build a robust pipeline of emerging professionals. Internet recruiting skills empower you to leverage online platforms and social media to source both active and passive candidates effectively. Together, these skills ensure you can deliver high-quality candidates promptly while maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
