About the Role

The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing property performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the properties.
• Manage tenant relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implement property management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets for each property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in property management software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-family housing.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
