Are you passionate about quality products and exceptional customer service? Whole Foods Market is looking for dedicated individuals to support our fast-growing grocery delivery services for Prime Now customers. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team during a busy season!

As a Seasonal Part-Time Shopper, you will be an essential member of the Store Support team, preparing orders for delivery and pickup. You'll be shopping throughout our store for a variety of products including food, household items, and more. A flexible schedule is important, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, which are our busiest times. We highly value Team Members who are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Availability Requirements:

• Receive your schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts are 4-8 hours long.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize handheld technology to efficiently fulfill customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Pay attention to detail, ensuring product and order accuracy.
• Show eagerness to learn about products, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand/walk for at least 6 hours.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours, sitting 1-4 hours.
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching required.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use various tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
• May require climbing ladders.

The wage for this position ranges from $16.00 to $25.40 per hour, based on experience.
