As a Seasonal Part-Time Shopper, you will be a key player in our Store Support team, preparing customer orders for delivery and pickup. This role involves shopping for a variety of everyday items, including food and household goods, and flexibility in your schedule is essential. We are particularly looking for team members who can work on Saturdays and Sundays, which are our peak times! Preference will be given to those available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Availability Requirements

• Receive your schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize handheld technology to efficiently fulfill online orders.
• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure order accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Pay close attention to product selection and order details.
• Eagerly learn about products, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Maintain an organized staging area free from clutter.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and converse in basic English.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, standing or walking for at least 6 hours, and performing various physical tasks.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• In an 8-hour workday: stand/walk for 6-8 hours, sit for 1-4 hours.
• Use hands for grasping, manipulation, and pushing/pulling.
• Perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions.
• Work in environments with exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
• Occasionally use ladders for various tasks.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.40 per hour, depending on experience.
