Job Description
Independence Center Mall is a premier shopping destination, and we are seeking an experienced Shopping Mall Manager to lead our operations, tenant relations, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily mall operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring lease compliance.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost foot traffic.
Manage budgets, rental collections, and financial reporting.
Supervise mall staff and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.
Address tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
Coordinate with leasing teams to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in mall or property management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
