Job Description

Blink is at the forefront of the consumer electronics home security market, and is the result of one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns ever. We have been growing at an astounding rate since the first product introduction in 2016. To further our growth, Blink is looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Paid Search and YouTube programs across NA3 (U.S., Canada, Mexico). This role will take full ownership of paid search strategy and execution, manage our tool ecosystem, and help define the future of direct-response marketing across global markets. You’ll partner across sales, product, analytics, and creative to create full-funnel programs that drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth. If you thrive at the intersection of data, storytelling, and innovation—this is your opportunity to lead.

As a senior leader in the digital marketing team, you'll balance hands-on execution with high-level strategic thinking. You’ll champion experimentation, explore new technologies, and support business planning through leadership-facing documents and reporting. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytically sharp, and comfortable owning end-to-end paid search programs while influencing key marketing and business decisions.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage and optimize North America paid programs across Google and Microsoft Ads, including search and programmatic video.
* Lead campaign execution including keyword planning, targeting, bid strategy, copy development, and landing page alignment.
* Scope and launch A/B tests and pilot programs for emerging tactics, placements, and channels to drive innovation and impact.
* Monitor daily pacing, campaign health, and budget allocations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
* Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis.
* Scope, launch, and measure experimental media pilots.
* Collaborate closely with analytics, product, creative, and media teams to align on goals and messaging.
* Develop strategic business documentation and performance reviews for leadership.
* Stay current on media updates, trends, and best practices to inform our roadmap.
