What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements BS in Packaging Science (preferred) or other engineering/science related discipline or equivalent 6 -10 Years packaging development Up to 20% travel Preferred Qualifications Food/CPG experience What will be your key responsibilities? Defining foundational processes for packaging development and testing Leveraging internal and external networks Managing deliverables of multiple projects simultaneously Independently recommending and consulting on packaging platform solutions Effectively communicating projects details and risk in appropriate forum to all levels of organization including vendors and customers Provide technical support to troubleshoot key quality or manufacturing issues Being a passionate, engaged and active member of team and function Using enterprise thinking to develop best solution for Mars and influencing teams to activate Exhibiting high levels of intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial behavior What can you expect from Mars?
