Scheduling Details:

\n\t - Schedule: 5 day/8-hour shifts\n\t
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.. \n\t
- On-Call: Available for on-call 1 week per month. \n

Job Requirements
\n\n
\n\t - Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution\n\t
- Certifications Requirements: Unrestricted license as a pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy; CPR certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n\t
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a healthcare setting\n\t
- Other Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; capacity to work independently and supervise technicians in the absence of the pharmacy director\n

Job Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t - Provide clinical and consultative pharmacy services, including drug utilization review and medication counseling.\n\t
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to physicians’ prescriptions and facility protocols.\n\t
- Maintain and update comprehensive pharmacy records, including inventory management and service documentation.\n\t
- Check and verify weekly cart updates, refills, and narcotic orders to ensure safety and compliance.\n\t
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist in training staff in the absence of the pharmacy director.\n
