$25/hr base pay
Weekly Per Diem
Performance-based incentive/production pay (varies by location)
650-hour 1st assignment with a Completion Bonus

Job Description

Selectors work individually selecting full-case grocery products from warehouse pick slots using an electric riding pallet jack. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the cases on a pallet, shrink wrap the bundles, transport pallets to the shipping dock and in some situations, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.

Job requirements:

• 2-years of recent full case pick order selection experience in a production environment using pick-by-voice systems
• Experience working in food/grocery distribution warehouse
• 2-years of experience safely operating an Electric Riding Pallet Jack
• Prior experience and ability to work in all of the following warehouse climate zones is required: Freezer (-20F to 0F), Perishable (28F to 60F), and Dry/Grocery (50F to 90F)
