We operate over 1,500 pet care centers across the U.S., Mexico, and Puerto Rico, including Vetco Total Care hospitals and preventive clinics. This position serves as the field team lead, providing functional direction to field staff and acting as the primary escalation point for customer, vet, or store partner issues. The role involves driving company vehicles to vaccination clinics and ensuring operational compliance and performance of the clinics.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide functional direction and supervision to the field team.
• Perform all clinic roles and coach team members as needed.
• Safely operate company vehicles to and from clinic locations and the office.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners, managing difficult situations involving pets or emergencies.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to determine optimal locations and crowd management strategies.
• Ensure all clinic processes and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Lead discussions during daily commutes to motivate the team.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle revenues and deposits securely.
• Assist with paperwork and medical records.
• Manage crowd control and pet waste cleanup.
• Provide discounts to manage customer experiences.
• Load and unload equipment safely.
• Train new partners according to training plans.
• Understand and communicate Vetco medical recommendations and schedules.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure cooperation and success.
• Report clinic performance and issues to management.
• Complete all required paperwork and checklists.
• Restock supplies and participate in training sessions.

Position reports directly to the Market Manager, providing leadership during clinics and transit. Previous experience in clinic roles, leadership, customer service, and animal handling is required. The role involves indoor work, vehicle travel, and physical activity, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
