Location: 4 Days On-Site | Relocation Assistance Available Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Experience Level: 3–6 Years Relevant Experience Industry: Financial Services About the Role We are looking for an HCM Systems Analyst to support our enterprise HCM systems across multiple functional areas, including configuration, testing, security, reporting, and training. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within a collaborative HR Technology team that supports all active HCM modules. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of experience looking to deepen their skills in a live environment, with clear paths for growth and development.
