What will you be doing?

• Process and manage payroll in a timely and accurate manner

• Prepare and file payroll tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks

• Assist with general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Support billing functions and invoicing processes (experience a plus)

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial documentation and reporting

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

What do you bring?

• 3–5 years of accounting experience

• Proficiency with QuickBooks

• Experience with payroll processing and payroll tax filings

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Billing experience a plus

• College degree in Accounting or a related field strongly preferred
