Record processing and maintenance include analysis of the record for chart completion and physician documentation deficiencies, release of information, processing subpoenas, assisting in patient health portal, review of transcribed and electronic documents and other duties as required. **Job Requirements** **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Terminology and Basic Computer knowledge preferred. **Minimum Experience Requirement:** Two years in a medical records setting preferred. Bilingual preferred.
