As a Payroll Specialist, you'll ensure accurate, timely compensation for a global team while contributing to key process improvements and compliance practices. You'll collaborate across finance and HR teams, play a crucial role in financial reporting, and support a people-first culture. This is a mostly remote position with occasional in-office presence.

Accountabilities:

• Accurately process monthly and bi-weekly payroll for 400+ employees across North America and EMEA.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and record payroll journal entries, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support cross-functional teams as a subject-matter expert in payroll processes and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements, enhance system efficiencies, and document best practices.
• Perform audits, analysis, and reporting related to payroll costs and business metrics.
• Assist with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
