Risk Strategy and Enablement Senior Professional

What Does a Successful Risk Strategy and Enablement Senior Professional Do? Fiserv delivers payments and financial services technology that powers clients around the world. The Strategy and Enablement team within ERC drives effective risk program delivery by supporting governance, reporting, communications, and training; this Analyst will track initiatives, report KPIs, and enable cross-functional execution to reduce risk and improve program outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Track and report on key ERC initiatives, including status updates, milestones, dependencies, and risks/issues impacting delivery.
• Collaborate with initiative owners and stakeholders to gather timely updates and ensure accurate program reporting.
• Maintain and update initiative tracking tools, dashboards, and program documentation to support governance and transparency.
• Assist in the collection, validation, and reporting of departmental KPIs to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute departmental communications, including newsletters, leadership briefings, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials, playbooks, templates, and enablement resources for ERC and business teams.
• Provide analytical, coordination, or facilitation support for strategic risk initiatives as assigned.

Experience You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Business Operations or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a risk related role (audit, accounting, risk, compliance, finance or business operations).
• Experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, Power Query) and SharePoint for documentation and repository management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a high level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• 5+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience That Would Be Great to Have:

• Experience with GRC or risk tooling such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, Power BI for data tracking and KPI's, Intermediate SharePoint for document sharing and workflows.
• Experience developing training materials and communications using Microsoft PowerPoint and collaboration platforms (Teams, Outlook).
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination in regulated environments.

How You'll Work:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Berkley Heights, NJ. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range $71,250.00 - $114,000.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
