Job Title: Sr. iOS Developer

Location: Remote

Job Type: 6+ Months Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. iOS Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment, exhibits strong product ownership, and is passionate about building innovative mobile solutions. You will play a critical role in product R&D initiatives, contributing directly to the design, development, and launch of new features and enhancements for iOS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Take full ownership of mobile features and functionality from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in product R&D efforts with a strong entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
• Deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide guidance to junior developers (if applicable).
• Work independently and proactively, managing priorities and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI, Objective-C).
• Deep understanding of iOS SDKs, RESTful APIs, and core iOS frameworks.
• Experience with mobile architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and iOS design principles.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building clean, testable, and scalable code.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive technical projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in R&D-heavy environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Background in product-focused environments (startups, innovation labs, etc.).
• Experience working on greenfield projects or R&D initiatives.
• Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization tools.
